TwoBrides.com Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your TwoBrides.com purchase, please return it for exchange, credit, or refund, with the exception of any personalized products or special orders. These are not returnable.

On the front of your packing slip (in plastic sleeve on outside of box), note the reason(s) for your return and whether you wish to exchange your item(s), credit the price toward another TwoBrides.com purchase, or receive a refund. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship it, prepaid and insured, to:

In order to receive a refund, products must be received in their original condition with all original packaging.

Please also send us an email, alerting us that you are requesting a return. If your item was shipped without a packing slip or if you have questions, please contact Kathryn@GayWeddings.com.

We encourage you to include your Order Number with your name when contacting us.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel any TwoBrides.com order prior to shipment. Personalized orders may be canceled if the item has not yet been personalized.

To cancel, please email Kathryn@GayWeddings.com or call 703-875-3164 to determine order status. Include or state your Order Number when contacting us.

Damaged or Other Problem Orders

If your order is damaged, contact Kathryn@GayWeddings.com or call 703-875-3164 for instructions regarding how to proceed.
